Material: (1) stamped contact tips: AgNi, AgZnO, AgCdO, AgSnO2, AgCdO, AgSnO2 /Cu, etc

Shapes: round, square, trapezoid, etc, or make the shapes according to your requirement.

Dimension: according to your requirement.

AgNi Contact Tips

AgNi materials have higher resistance to arc erosion and contact welding than Ag and FAg, AgNi materials show good workability and are easy to weld to contact supports, low tendency towards material transfer in DC applications. AgNi materials are environment-protective materials. It can be directly soldered to contact bridges, without the need for additional solder layers, thus making manufacturing of contactor components simple and economical.

These contacts wildly used in low voltage switching devices, such as powder relays, small contactors, light switches, temperature controllers, protective switch, etc.

AgCdO Contact Tips

CdO material gives the contact special properties, when the temperature is above 900 centigrade degree, CdO sublimes make contactor surface cool and arc extinguished automatically. This material combines a satisfactory resistance to arc erosion and welding.

It is used in almost every type of low voltage switching devices, such as micro switches, relays, light switches, contactors, switches for household appliances, some types of protective switches, as well as in certain type of circuit breakers.

AgSnO2 Contact Tips

AgSnO2 and AgSnO2InO3 show high arc erosion resistance and a good resistance against contact welding. It is environment-protective materials, and it is considered to be the ideal substitute of AgCdO.

These contacts are wildly used in various kinds of contactors, relays, circuit breaks and switches, etc.

AgZnO Contact tips

A high resistance against contact welding characterizes AgZnO materials. They also show a good resistance against arc erosion. Contact resistance tends to be higher than that of AgCdO.

These contact materials are wildly used in circuit breakers, especially in universal circuit breakers. Other fields of application are motor protective switches, residual current circuit breakers and AC relays.

AgC Contact tips

AgC contact Material shows a very high resistance against contact welding and low contact resistance. Resistance against welding increases with increasing graphite content. AgC materials have self-lubricating behavior when used as sliding contacts.

AgC contact tips mainly used in protective switches such as MCB, MCCB, residual current protective switches, or motor protective switches. Normally, it implicated in asymmetric pairing with AgNi, AgW, AgWC or Cu.

AgW Contact tips

Contacts made of AgW show high anti-welding resistance and high resistance to arc erosion due to high melting point and high hardness of W, they also have  good electrical thermal conductivity.

AgW contact tips are mainly used in low voltage MCCB and ACB and protective switches.

AgWC/AgWCC Contact tips

The AgWC contact materials, containing 40% to 65% of the refractory component WC, have high hardness and resistance to electric erosion, a low tendency towards contact welding, and a relatively stable contact resistance in service. Due to high Ag content, AgWCC contacts have low contact resistance, and they have high anti-welding properties due to containing WC and graphite with high melting points. AgWC contacts are produced by powder metallurgy infiltration. AgWCC contacts are manufactured by sintering.

These tips mainly used in heavy duty switching devices, such as MCCB, ACB, and residual current circuit breakers.
